Meet Stacey Greene
As a child, I enjoyed keeping journals. Wanting to document both the euphoric and sorrowful moments in life, I took pleasure in writing everything down.
Later, when some of these struggles became books that actually sold copies, I realized that there was a need to help others through places in their lives where they may have become stagnant.
Seeing clients go from lethargic, dormant or downright apathetic to engaged, and excited about life again is the reason I love coaching so much.
I grew up the youngest of four children with entrepreneurial parents. As a child with too much energy (my nickname was The Energizer Bunny), my parents encouraged my participation in track, cross country, and figure skating.
As an adult with many miles still left on this body, I became a three-time Ironman Triathlon finisher. With some persuasion from my husband, I took up kayaking in my mid-fifties. I am also a voracious reader and when I’m not spending time with my husband, you can find me playing in my organic garden.
I have a B.S. in Physical Education, a Health Coaching Certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and am a member of the A.A.D.P.
My stories, both fiction and non-fiction, are meant to inspire, entertain and give hope to my readers.
I encourage not only the mind and body connection but the integration of your faith as a means to reignite the passion for life and leave a legacy you can be proud of.
